Just five minutes from the centre of Denmark, The Lake House Denmark offers a relaxed vineyard dining experience in one of the region’s most picturesque settings. Overlooking a tranquil lake and surrounded by rolling countryside, it is a beautiful place to slow down, settle in and enjoy great food and wine. The restaurant is especially known for its generous gourmet vineyard platters, showcasing fresh, locally sourced produce and seasonal ingredients. Much of the fruit and vegetables come directly from the property’s own organic kitchen garden, creating vibrant platters designed for sharing. Paired with a glass of Lake House Denmark wine and enjoyed on the deck beside the lake or on the lawns nearby, it makes for a memorable Great Southern dining experience. Lunch is served daily from 11am to 3pm, with coffee and house-made cakes available until 3.30pm. Visitors are also welcome to enjoy complimentary tastings at the cellar door and discover the winery’s range of premium, award-winning cool climate wines. Before leaving, guests can browse the cellar door shop featuring Lake House wines, VinoFoods gourmet condiments and Wine Spa body care products to take a taste of the vineyard home.
