There is also a smaller room with a single and a trundle bed. The modern kitchen upstairs adjoins a huge living space that flows out onto a large veranda overlooking a unique stand of coastal karri trees. Features include a large dining table, comfortable leather seating, flat screen TV, DVD, VCR, sound system, reverse cycle air conditioning and heating, plus games and books. There are two bathrooms – upstairs and downstairs – and a separate laundry. There is a BBQ for outside use, undercover parking for two cars and a driveway area suitable for parking a boat or van.
